Reservations are made in accordance with these conditions of sale. You are invited to read them carefully because you will be asked to accept them to validate and guarantee your reservation.Terms of cancelationIn case of no show on the day of arrival, the first night will be charged without the extras.For cancellations less than 2 days before the arrival date, the first night is billed without the extras.In the case of a "non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-modifiable" reservation, the entire reservation is billed.You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions.taxesThe prices are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes will be requested in addition on arrival.Arrival time / Departure timeYour room or apartment will be available at the reception from the time indicated below:Arrival and departure of the rooms:Arrival from 2.30 p.m. departure before 12.00 p.m.Arrival and departure of the apartments:Arrival from 2.30 p.m. departure before 10.30 a.m.On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room / apartment no later than the time indicated above. The billing for an additional night may result from non-compliance with this departure deadline.It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to warn about your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.Payment and validation of the reservationYou will find, in the frame below, the financial commitment which will be asked of you to validate and guarantee your reservation.Payments must be made with a Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express, Dinners Club, through our secure internet pages. Your credit card details will be encrypted with SSL (Secured Socket Layer) up to 128 bits. Your credit card details can never pass over the internet without being encrypted.Rules of ExtrasAny extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on site.No extras payment is required at the time of booking and the full amount of the stay is payable on arrival. You will be asked, online, for your credit card details as a guarantee to validate your reservation and to debit any cancellation fees.
